Alibaba Cloud-Global HR Manager- Mexico

We seek to hire an HR Manager – Alibaba Cloud, who will be a key member of the growing international HR team supporting Alibaba Cloud’s rapid expansion around the world.

In January 2017, Alibaba Cloud became the official cloud services partner of the Olympics. The successful candidate will be based in Mexico City with occasional business travel.

Job Description：

• Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Employee Relations, HR projects, etc.
• Design and implement talent acquisition solutions to meet Alibaba Cloud's explosive business growth, and establish recruitment plans and effective recruitment channels to ensure that all hiring needs are delivered efficiently and accurately.
• Manage the local onboarding processes and partner with the SSC / Staffing team to ensure seamless integration for new and relocated employees
• Ensure company HR policies, practices and programs comply with local employment laws and provide clear interpretations to employees and managers
• Organize events and activities to drive a positive culture across the teams and departments.
• Oversee the daily operations of the office and undertake other ad hoc projects as required.
