Operations Analyst (IT Data)

Job Objective : Lead the end-to-end operation of a business module with a 360° scope. This role ensures seamless execution, process optimization, and alignment between Operations, IT, and the Product Owner. We are looking for someone that is highly analytical, data-driven, and business-oriented, with strong communication and process management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and oversee the assigned module, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Analyze, map, and continuously improve business and technical workflows.
• Use data to identify gaps, propose optimizations, and track performance through KPIs.
• Act as liaison between Operations, IT, and Product Owner, ensuring alignment.
• Prepare and present progress reports and improvement initiatives.
