The Role
We are seeking an SAP Plan-to-Produce Analyst to provide Level 2 and Level 3 Application Management Support (AMS) for SAP S / 4HANA. This role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of production planning, manufacturing, and execution processes within the Plan-to-Produce landscape.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve incidents related to SAP PP, MRP, and Manufacturing Execution modules.
- Analyze and troubleshoot master data, BOMs, routings, and production orders.
- Collaborate with users and technical teams to address configuration and integration issues.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
- Support process automation, enhancements, and system improvements.
- Coordinate with SAP and development teams for critical escalations.
