Role Summary : We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to lead the modernization and integration of infrastructure services across the LATAM region. This role will support the transition to a global IT operating model, drive automation and AI-powered operations, and ensure a secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology environment that supports business growth. Key Responsibilities : Support the integration of regional IT operations into a unified global delivery framework. Implement AI-driven observability tools, AIOps, and self-healing infrastructure to enhance system availability and reduce mean time to recovery (MTTR). Champion cloud-first strategies and software-defined infrastructure initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to develop transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and ROI targets. Manage infrastructure budgets, optimize vendor relationships, and support the shift to consumption-based pricing models. Ensure compliance with regional regulations, data privacy standards, cybersecurity protocols, and disaster recovery requirements. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, automation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications : 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, with a strong track record in regional or global transformation projects. Expertise in cloud technologies, enterprise networking, automation, ITIL-based service management, and vendor governance. Strong financial and stakeholder management capabilities. Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
