We're expanding our digital capabilities and need a hands-on, plug-and-play Senior SEO Manager with at least 10 years of proven, in-the-trenches experience to deliver immediate, measurable results across our portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end SEO implementation—including on-page elements, technical audits, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building—to improve organic search rankings and traffic quickly.
  • Manage SEO campaigns from setup to execution, monitor performance, and adjust strategies based on your expertise.
  • Integrate seamlessly into existing marketing teams to apply your technical skills and deliver immediate impact.
  • Use industry-leading tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to track, diagnose, and report on performance with clear insights.
  • Collaborate with content, development, and design teams to ensure best practices across all digital channels.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications :

  • At least 10 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of improving organic search performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
  • Deep knowledge of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Ability to deliver plug-and-play results in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with early-stage startups, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with a broad range of SEO tools beyond the basics.
  • Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and collaborative skills.
