If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you. We are currently seeking a Commissioning Engineer, reporting directly to Commissioning Manager to join our team based in Ensenada, Baja California, Mex.

Implementing and executing the Precommissioning / Commissioning plan for the assigned tasks

• Participates in the timely and qualitative preparation of CSU Execution Plan at procedures in coordination with other disciplines.
• Reviews the documents of the Call For Bid packages relative to CSU, in particular the battery limits with Client.
• During the bidding phase, assists the Subcontracting Team to answer bidders' clarifications, to review the technical offers and to prepare the TBT.
• Participates to define the CSU sequence in coordination with Construction and Planning Teams.
• Participates to define the site manning chart, to estimate the needs in specialized subcontractors
• Executes the follow up of PC&C activities, on a defined area / unit / plant or group of systems.
• Performs the static and dynamic tests and generate the associated report sheets and ensures they are available for hand over teams.
• Ensures that all PC&C activities under his / her control are duly performed in accordance with the stated procedures, in conformity with the safety rules and as per the instructions of start-up Manager or Commissioning Operation Superintendent.
• Prepares and generates the pre commissioning procedures on site.
• Controls the construction subcontractor’s Pre-commissioning and Commissioning team dedicated to him / her.
• May lead the work of some Pre-commissioning and Commissioning operators and vendors during the commissioning task.
