Recruiter (Sales and Client Relations roles, Latin America)

FP Markets Group of Companies  is a well-established multi-regulated broker, found in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Recruiter in Latin America.

Role Overview :

As a Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, ensuring the continuous FP Markets' success. Your expertise in headhunting and recruitment will be instrumental in filling challenging roles and elevating our People & Culture strategy.

Responsibilities :

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles
• Utilize strong headhunting and networking skills to identify passive candidates through various online and offline sourcing methods
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting job descriptions to conducting interviews and finalizing offers
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of relevant candidates, especially for hard-to-fill roles
• Initiate and contribute to recruitment strategies, employer brand and processes improvement
• Leverage data-driven insights to improve the recruitment process and provide regular updates to hiring managers
• Foster an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process
