Purpose

• Execute, administrate, control, and evaluate District sales strategies / activities according to the objectives of the assigned DSM area.
• Serve as the main action driver between al administrative and support departments and the field team.
• Daily basis follow-up back-office activities pursuing monthly targets of retail and wholesale, reimbursement, PMA performance analysis, inventory management, sales planning, training coordination.
• Develop specific actions plans along with the field team to incentive dealers to accomplish KPI.
• Ensure sufficient & balanced levels of inventory in terms of volume, mix and timing ageing stock.
• Ensure the necessary training and skills levels on the region.
• Ensure coordination between training, Marketing, finance, aftersales and sales departments regarding topics that hit dealers directly.
• Completing sales reports and submitting them to upper management for review.
• Support in outstanding events organization
