• OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
• Gestionar, la mejora, la reingeniería o generación de procesos a través del análisis, rediseño, implementación, evaluación y ajuste de actividades alineadas a la estrategia de la dirección de operaciones.
• FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO
• Identificar, procesos críticos para el negocios, seleccionando los procesos, por el impacto en el funcionamiento del negocio.Diseñar nuevos procesos buscando mejoras disruptivas, identificando indicadores, controles.

Corrigiendo o mejorando la gestión de los procesos.Implementar los nuevos procesos, ajustando las tareas, generando soluciones automatizadas o nuevos proyectos.

Estableciendo nuevos flujos de trabajo, eliminando manualidades, mitigando riesgos y generando indicadores de comportamiento.Evaluar y ajustar, las soluciones, tareas, controles, indicadores y nuevas actividades implementadas.

Para asegurar que se logran los objetivos planeados en cada reingeniería de procesos realizada y realizar los ajustes en caso de ser necesario.
