The CRM Application Developer - Salesforce will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of our CRM software. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of CRM systems. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, enhance, and deploy customized CRM solutions that meet business requirements.

Qualifications :

At least 5+ years of work experience in Salesforce development projects and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform.

Good understanding of relational databases and object-oriented coding.

Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code using Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Apex Triggers and integrating systems with third-party systems for enterprises using SOAP, and RESTFUL Services.

Strong understanding of both administrator and developer areas of the Force.com platform, understanding when and why to use admin vs. dev solutions.

Knowledge about Security models and techniques within the environment.

Experience in code refactoring to follow best practices.

Experience in SFDX, CI / CD tools (Github, Microsoft Azure DevOps etc.)

Experience working with Visual Studio code and source version control tool like Git.

Experience on developing custom Lightning Components using Aura and Lightning Web Components. 2+ years of hands-on experience on LWC development.

Experience with Sales, Service and ExperienceCloud, Case Management process.

Experience in Database modeling, jquery, JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript.

Experience with agile methodologies.

Force.com certifications - Administrator, Developer

Very good communication skills

Responsibilities :

Design and develop custom solutions in the Salesforce platform including but not limited to, Apex, VisualForce Pages, Triggers, JavaScript, Flows, Approval Processes, Apex, assignment / escalation rules and other Salesforce automation features.

Work with Product owners and business analysts to analyze the requirements, design and develop the solution.

Prepare technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made.

Troubleshoot issues, Identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes.

Work Arrangement :

• Fully Remote : Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
