Job Overview

At Schenker International S.A. de C.V. we are looking for a Talent Acquisition IT Specialist to be part of our People & Organization team, for our office in Mexico City.

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment in the international and multicultural environment
• Relevant educational background (HR / Psychology or related field is a plus)
• Excellent English skills,
• Strong understanding of current challenges in the tech talent market
• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with modern HR / recruitment tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, analytics tools, etc.)
• High level of ownership and ability to drive recruitment processes effectively
• Proactive mindset with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach
