We are seeking a Field Service Engineer with the following main responsibilities :

• Technical assistance throughout the lifecycle of kilns, mills, and mechanical equipment in the cement industry.
• Technical support to sales engineers in the commercial area, identifying customer needs.
• Advising on the diagnosis of kilns and their components such as rollers, burners, tires, etc.
• Guidance on the assembly and disassembly of kilns and their components.
• Consulting on equipment diagnosis alongside the engineering team at headquarters.
