About the Role :

As the Supply Chain Manager for our eCommerce operations, you’ll oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain, focusing on logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment. You’ll collaborate with vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods, contributing to the success of our online retail business.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning : Develop and implement supply chain strategies tailored to eCommerce needs, emphasizing efficiency, scalability, and cost reduction.

Vendor Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating favorable contracts to support eCommerce growth and operational goals.

Inventory Optimization : Monitor inventory levels across multiple sales channels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations, ensuring optimal stock availability.

Logistics Coordination : Partner with logistics providers to guarantee fast, reliable, and cost-effective order fulfillment and delivery to customers.

Data-Driven Insights : Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, improve lead times, enhance operational performance, and support data-driven decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align supply chain operations with business goals, promotional activities, and customer satisfaction targets.

Process Improvement : Identify and implement opportunities to streamline supply chain processes, enhancing overall operational efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Proven experience in eCommerce supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or inventory control.

Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and fulfillment strategies (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, etc.).

Proficiency with tools like ERP systems, supply chain analytics software, and eCommerce platforms.

Proficiency in analyzing supply chain data to enhance order accuracy, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.

Knowledge of international logistics, customs, and regulations is a plus.
