As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a strategic Go-to-Market (GTM), Marketing Lead to develop and execute data-driven campaigns, strengthen brand messaging, and optimize our full lead generation journey.
Role Overview
The GTM / Marketing Consultant will own the strategy and execution of B5’s go-to-market and lead generation programs — from persona research and messaging frameworks to CRM automation and performance optimization. You’ll blend creativity, analytics, and automation to build a consistent narrative across every stage of the funnel — awareness, engagement, and conversion — ensuring B5 stands out as a trusted, tech-enabled recruiting partner. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution. This could be a fractional role or full-time contract engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market & Strategy
- Design and manage integrated GTM roadmaps for new client verticals, service offerings, or nearshore email campaigns.
- Conduct market, competitor, and persona research to identify high-value targets within technology, staffing, and professional services industries.
- Collaborate with leadership to define positioning, value propositions, and revenue-focused messaging.
- Align marketing plans with quarterly recruiting and business development goals.
- Personalization, Automation & A / B Testing
- Build and optimize personalized CRM / email campaigns using HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Implement A / B testing frameworks for subject lines, CTAs, and content variations to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Use data segmentation and buyer identity insights (industry, title, geography) to drive hyper-relevant messaging.
- Track campaign performance and iterate continuously using metrics-driven insights.
- Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Develop and deploy multi-channel campaigns (email, social, content) that attract HR leaders, founders, and decision-makers.
- Write and edit outreach sequences, nurture content, and follow-up templates that align with B5’s consultative voice.
- Manage creation of case studies, decks, landing pages, and marketing collateral that support GTM initiatives.
- Support inbound lead flow through storytelling, consistency, and audience-driven content strategy.
Technology & CRM Optimization
Maintain and enhance B5’s marketing tech stack (CRM, email automation, analytics, enrichment tools).Ensure campaigns are fully tracked, attributed, and measurable — from open rates to booked meetings.Explore AI, automation, and data tools to improve segmentation, lead scoring, and personalization.Brand & MessagingMaintain and evolve B5’s brand voice — professional, modern, relationship-driven.Develop a unified messaging framework that aligns with B5’s nearshore recruiting identity and RaaS model.Create and uphold visual and tone consistency across all marketing assets and client communications.Sales EnablementPartner with leadership and recruiting teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and feedback loops.Create sales decks, one-pagers, and outreach playbooks that equip recruiters and BD reps with consistent, high-impact messaging.Support cross-channel lead generation and pipeline expansion initiatives.Qualifications
4–6+ years in B2B marketing, GTM, or demand generation, ideally within staffing, recruiting, nearshore, or technology services.Proven success designing personalized, data-driven campaigns that generate qualified leads.Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Apollo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).Strong understanding of A / B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability — can translate data and value into engaging, human content.Analytical mindset; comfortable with campaign data, dashboards, and iteration.
