We are currently hiring new team members in Mexico for a customer service solution for a Storage Facility Company in the United States.
We currently have 30+ agents working from home for them, so we know it's a very stable position.
Our client provides customer service for self-storage facilities in the US.
Examples of calls would be giving facility info, reserving units, offering payment solutions, upselling to larger units, etc.
The customer service team offers solutions, identifies opportunities, and serves thousands of customers - one at a time.
As part of the team, you'll play a front-line role by impacting the customer's experience - from scheduling appointments, answering questions and delivering great service.
Primary Tasks :
Effectively able to handle continuous flow of inbound calls
Accepting payments via phone
Assisting prospective customers and upselling services
Offering customer support via Live Chat
Pay : $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 MXN per month

Schedule notes : 40 hours / week
5 days / week with one weekend and one weekday off
