We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Materials Manager , based in Bermudez (Juarez, MEX).

YOUR TASKS WILL BE

üTrain and provide leadership for master production scheduler & inventory control scheduler & inventory control general supervisor, customer service analyst.

Develop and implement optimum materials department organizationDevelop and implement plan to improve inventory accuracy to 99.5%Conduct daily production meetings to review plant trough put & potential customer issues Develop and implement plan to increase inventory turns to defined levelDevelop and implement visual inventory management and material flow systemsReconcile all discrepancy report issues : ERCS error listing, cum discrepancy, EDI, late releaseAssure 100% on-time deliveries

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED

Bachelor's degree in administration or engineering10 years of experience in the automotive industry5 years of experience as a materials manager8 years of Materials Management experienceAPICS certification preferredExcellent interpersonal and team building skillsConversational English level +85%
