As a Sr Program Manager, FM Continuous Improvement within our Last Mile Optimization team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative strategies for process standardization across our fulfillment network.
You’ll collaborate with our External Fulfillment, Seller Services and Supply Chain teams to design and execute dynamic processes that can be replicated with operational efficiency. This role focuses on creating scalable and strategic processes that enhance productivity, growth and delivery experience while optimizing our operation across miles.
This highly visible position requires someone who can analyze complex data sets to make strategic decisions while managing day-to-day execution of large-scale standard processes. You will be tasked with developing operational strategies, identifying opportunities for network efficiency improvements, and implementing advanced process methodologies that respond to seasonal variations and regional demand patterns.
You’ll be responsible for creating data-driven business cases, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and maintaining alignment across various stakeholder groups. Success in this role requires exceptional analytical capabilities to develop and monitor key performance metrics.
