Goal of Position

Complete verification of the performance and the durability of HV components, which enable connectivity between the Power Electronics and the Electric Machine. The Product Group E-Components is part of the Fuel Cell & Power Transfer Business Unit, within the Mechatronics & Modules Business Division of the E-Mobility Division.

Your Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering (or related automotive field)

Advanced English – TOEFL min. score of ITP 585 / iBT 84, CEFR level B2-C1 (or equivalent)

Technical :

Automotive knowledge or industrial background (3-5 years, desirable)

Knowledge of the Product Development Process

Professional experience in the field of Verification & Validation (preferred)

Applicable engineering and physics knowledge

Knowledge of electric motors and power electronics

Understanding of hybrid and electric drive concepts

Your Key Responsibilities

• Analysis of applicable requirements, development and planning of verification and validation activities
• Development of standards, testing plans and test specifications
• Coordination of tests with the involved departments, locations and customers
• Setup of necessary measurement technology and test benches
• Execution and monitoring of tests, analysis of measurement data and inspection of test samples, results interpretation
• Create test and development reports, maintain DVP / IV&V status within the engineering systems and databases
