Back-End Engineer

We are looking for a Back-End Engineer to join our fast-growing team and help build the next generation of AI-driven healthcare solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing the backend infrastructure that supports our platform. You will collaborate closely with front-end engineers, AI specialists, and product managers to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development & Optimization

Build and maintain scalable backend services using Golang and PostgreSQL .

Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and indexing strategies.

Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support front-end applications and AI-driven features.

Cloud & Infrastructure Management

Implement cloud-based solutions and microservices architectures using AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure .

Ensure system reliability, observability, and error handling.

Work with DevOps tools such as Docker and Kubernetes for efficient deployment and scaling.

Security & Performance

Ensure robust authentication, authorization, and data security best practices .

Optimize database performance for efficiency, scalability, and security .

Implement caching mechanisms, message queues, and distributed processing techniques .

Collaboration & Documentation

Work closely with AI engineers to integrate machine learning models into the backend.

Conduct code reviews , mentor junior developers, and contribute to engineering best practices.

Maintain technical documentation, including API specifications and system architecture .

Requirements

Requirements :

3+ years of experience in backend development.

Strong expertise in Golang and PostgreSQL .

Experience with cloud services, containerization, and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Proficiency in building and maintaining API architectures (REST, GraphQL).

Understanding of caching, messaging queues, and distributed systems .

Knowledge of security frameworks (OAuth, JWT, RBAC).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
