In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
- Identify and analyze areas of opportunity for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other analytical tools.
- Lead and participate in improvement projects, implementing effective solutions to optimize workflow, reduce variability, and improve quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and correct recurring process problems.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Generate periodic reports on the performance of manufacturing processes, including efficiency, quality, and cost metrics.
- Use statistical tools for data analysis and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards in all manufacturing processes.

A strong foundation in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering principles.Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools for product design and analysis and the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues.Skill in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making.The ability to build strong relationships with team members, peers, and multi-functional teams.An attitude focused on identifying and implementing process improvements.A strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision.Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart :
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering, or a related field.3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a process engineering role.Proficiency in CAD software, statistical analysis tools, and other relevant engineering software.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.Knowledge in reading product drawings.Proficiency in English / Spanish, both written and spokenJ-18808-Ljbffr
