We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer with a strategic vision and solid experience in corporate law to lead key projects involving everything from managing relationships with notaries and public accounting firms to implementing modern legal platforms. Lead corporate law projects with a focus on corporate governance and structure.

Work on digitalization and document management projects.

Oversee corporate legal matters.

Degree in Corporate Law or a related field.

Experience in a legal firm or corporate environment.

Advanced English proficiency.

Experience managing legal platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
