In the job as Maintenance Lead, you will have the opportunity to actively support the organization by meeting ensuring that our manufacturing site runs as needed to have the growth expected of the products we make in Mexico, excel in your own daily tasks and responsibilities, and experience a very varied working day in a dynamic.

Job Summary :

Leading all maintenance employees on each the right decisions are always made on each for ensuring team members follow the maintenance schedule for adjustment, cleaning and preventive maintenance of all equipment, machinery, and communication between for preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, for the acute maintenance or replacements of parts in the equipment, machinery, as to support production, process techs and leadership when problems occur in the equipment, to work with engineering to acquire new equipment and support engineering in to evaluate if maintenance has an impact on the validated equipment, machinery, or product quality by enforcing organizational a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of equipment and compliance with all applicable personnel that personnel are always wearing proper Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).Ensures team members use all required safety gear when working on the machines, an environment of open communication with all for addressing employee concerns, escalating concerns to the proper personnel when necessary and following up with employees during this that time and attendance occurrences are accurately recorded on the employee’s employee timecards to ensure time is accurately a weekly final review and approval of employee timecards.

Authority :

Stops machines if quality of products is not as machines if scrap rates are too machines if safety is not and terminate employees in accordance with company policy and involvement from the next level up of leadership.

Required skills / Abilities :

Bachelor’s degree in related years’ experience in to distinguish color..Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand in the use of Maintenance Management to coordinate several projects at the leadership skills.

Work Environment :

This is a manufacturing facility and as a result, employees have the potential to be exposed to noise, chemicals, fumes, airborne particles, machinery, vibration, or other workplace hazards controlled within compliance of current safety and health standards.
