About the role

We are looking for a strategic, results‑driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own the end‑to‑end strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns, focusing on Paid Search (PPC) and related channels. You will capture high‑intent search traffic, drive rigorous experimentation, optimize for CPA and ROAS, and partner closely with Sales and cross‑functional teams to identify high‑value customer segments and scale our search advertising programs.

In this role, you will :

• Develop and execute a data‑driven customer acquisition and expansion strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and other search platforms.
• Experiment with new channels to uncover growth opportunities.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign strategy and execution—from audience targeting to ad trafficking, creative optimization, and performance analysis.
• Use A / B testing and experimentation to continuously improve ad creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Leverage performance data to inform keyword selection, ad copy, campaign structure, and bidding approaches that drive performance and efficiency.
• Analyze and present campaign results, implementing recommendations to optimize performance and identify new growth opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing Ops, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Regional Marketing Teams to create integrated campaigns that achieve our goals.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally.
