We are seeking a highly motivated Freight Brokerage Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new customers, growing our market share, and driving revenue growth in the freight brokerage industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospecting and qualifying leads through outbound calls and meetings
- Building and executing strategic plans to grow customer relationships and increase sales
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements :
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industryProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsBilingual : English and Spanish (additional languages a plus)Ability to travel up to 75% of the timeStrong communication and negotiation skillsWhat We Offer :
