Trade Compliance Analyst (Buen Sueldo)...

The Trade Compliance Analyst will support the Doosan Bobcat Trade Compliance program with a focus on Mexico. This role will be in performing a range of tasks such as perform IMMEX, Prosec and VAT Certification Compliance, Free Trade analysis, Fixed Assets Control, support classification for HTS, Compliance special projects, and creation of metrics, all while delivering results that comply with MX Customs and other applicable government laws and regulations.

Role & Responsibility

• Respond timely to internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance of IMMEX, Prosec and VAT Certification
• Importation, Control and Administration of Fixed Assets
• Classify items on a proactive basis for HTS (RM and FG).
• Support free trade program by issuing internal and customer certificates and partnering with Sourcing to ensure high supplier response rate.
• Monthly Operational and Compliance Metrics / KPI
• Compliance Special Projects
• Support on solving Ops issues

Job Requirement

o IMMEX, Prosec and VAT Certification administration experience

o Annex 24 proficiency on set up, analysis and backflush process

o Annex 30 monthly reports

o Understanding of various trade-related topics such as classification, valuation, Incoterms, recordkeeping, auditing, country of origin, duty optimization / Free Trade Agreements, etc.

o Fixed Assets control and administration

o Knowledge Customs Law, Submanufacturing, INEGI report, Rule 8th, special operations such F4, F5, A3.

o Must have critical thinking skills, excellent research and analytical skills, strong interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills and be detail oriented.

o Trade compliance experience within a manufacturing environment

o Proficiency with Annex 24 software

o Proficiency with Trade Compliance such as IMMEX, Prosec and VAT Cert

o Familiarity with Oracle and SAP ERP systems
