Customer Services Representative

Bilingual (English and Spanish) mandatory. Must be able to read, write, and speak in a professional setting. Ability to carry a conversation with outstanding customer service. Ability to translate conversation if needed. Reaching out to customer via telephone may be required in order to obtain additional information. This is NOT a sales position.

Locating people via social media with limited information is crucial to the position.

Clerical data entry is required. You must be proficient in typing, have attention to detail, and possess knowledge in Microsoft excel to include basic formulas.

Remote work position that requires reliable, high-speed internet.
