The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Project Manager to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success. Responsibilities :
- Coordinate project management activities for up to 30 to 50 projects at any given time, each with 4-to-8 week development cycles.
- Develop in-depth understanding of product scope, timeframes, budgets, and delivery requirements for all of Content Marketing Service product offerings.
- Liaise with various teams and clients to define project scope, timelines, and objectives.
- Define and assign tasks to project members and assist with schedule management.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Make sure that client’s needs are met as projects evolve.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
- Use standard project management tools to track project plans, documents, and expenditures across multiple projects.Qualifications :
- At least 1-2 years of work experience as a Project Coordinator or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field of study.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is required
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently with minimal managerial supervision and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts and tools where tracking project dependencies and milestones are important for success.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
