Our remote sales team is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated, high-performing Sales Appointment Setter to connect with warm leads, schedule sales appointments, and help our buyers begin their home search.

This is not just a call center job—we want proactive, self-driven individuals who thrive on performance and growth.

Use our phone and CRM system to contact warm leads and qualify buyers

Update and manage contact records in our CRM system

Hit daily and weekly performance targets (appointments set, leads converted)

Excellent English fluency (spoken and written)

Must complete a CEFR English test before being interviewed :

Minimum CEFR level B2 (C1 or C2 preferred)

Experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead generation preferred

Internet speed of at least 120 Mbps is required

You will be asked to complete a speed test before starting
