In this role, you'll be...

• Establish Delivery Experience Standards : Develop and implement delivery experience standards for third‐party logistics to ensure the effective execution of policies, rules, and tools.
• Data Visualization and Quantification : Achieve visualization and quantification of delivery experience data to ensure alignment of delivery experience goals among merchants, users, and the platform, as well as effectively communicate the perception of the experience.
• Courier Education and Behavior Management : Implement a comprehensive courier education and behavior management process, including rule formulation, training, warnings, penalties, and replacements. Collaborate with frontline teams and the product department to enhance digital capabilities.
