Description

Engineer with extensive experience in managing capital investment projects and supporting manufacturing sites with their utility infrastructure. Should have strong background in civil and mechanical engineering, combined with experience in managing multiple stakeholders at different locations.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, effectively navigating cultural differences and aligning diverse teams toward common goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Master’s Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 7+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
• Proficiency in managing budgets and financial forecasting.
• Experience in a multicultural environment and understanding of global business practices.
• Willingness to be on-site in Rewari 2-3 days a week and travel as needed for project requirements.
