Work to ensure compliance with the annual Continuous Improvement goals set by management.

Train the required staff in continuous improvement techniques to meet the organization's program and objectives of continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the achievement of the organization's Continuous Improvement goalsDevelops, updates and disseminates the Continuous Improvement process instructionsImplement through training the processes of continuous improvementDemonstrate commitment, leadership and support to those in charge of contributing to the effectiveness of the quality system Lead the organization's continuous improvement eventsParticipation in plant KPIs boardsGeneration of reports to help improve KPIsReport to management on the monthly achievement of departmental goalsLine balancing with the Manufacturing EngineerPlant Layout ManagerAsset Management ManagerAchieve the quality objectives of the position and the company's strategic goals.Achieve with the guidelines of the Quality System.Keep company tools and equipment in good condition, clean and safe for workPerform your work with quality, meeting the required standardsFollow up on corrective actions of the Quality System as appropriateFulfilling relevant roles as assigned by management.
