The Role

The Sr. Corporate Legal Specialist will be responsible for contract drafting, negotiations, data protection law, IT Law, and International Law. This role will collaborate with the Director of Contracts, Americas, and the global legal team to support licensing, contract negotiation, DTA compliance, and advising internal and external customers on legal matters.

What You Will Do

• Provide timely and pragmatic legal counsel to meet internal and vendor deadlines
• Review, draft, and negotiate strategic commercial contracts, including DPA’s, software licenses, master services agreements, SaaS agreements, and vendor agreements
• Serve as subject-matter expert on data privacy, data processing agreements (DPA), and commercial contracts
• Ensure business compliance with regulatory, employment law, and data protection standards
• Review legislative changes to ensure ongoing compliance
• Manage large volumes of transactions and multiple projects, engaging stakeholders proactively
• Summarize complex information for informed decision-making
• Advise on complex technology transactions
• Exercise independent judgment, involving stakeholders and updating management
