Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP Manager)

FORVIA HELLA is seeking a senior HR business partner to join our team at one of our key manufacturing plants in El Salto, Jalisco. This is a strategic HR role within a dynamic and evolving environment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Take full ownership of the HR strategy and execution for one of the largest and most complex plants in the region.
• Partner directly with the Plant Manager to support cultural evolution, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Leverage data to drive informed decision‑making and strategic workforce planning.
• Lead local HR initiatives in collaboration with Centers of Expertise (CoEs) and HR specialists.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast‑paced manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong background in organizational development and strategic HR practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with leadership and influence business outcomes.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
