As a highly skilled PowerBI, Alteryx Developer at Flix with a strong background in data visualization, analytics, and data preparation and a proven track record of delivering high-quality BI solutions, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, as well as utilizing Alteryx for data blending and transformation.

About The Role

Develop and implement Power BI solutions to provide actionable insights for stakeholders
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design user-friendly dashboards
Utilize Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and transformation to ensure accuracy and integrity
Integrate diverse data sources (Snowflake, databases, APIs, flat files) to create comprehensive dashboards
Optimize data models using DAX and Power Query to enhance performance and usability
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance while managing full lifecycle of BI projects
Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for Power BI and Alteryx workflows, staying updated on industry best practices

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or equivalent work experience and / or education

3+ years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization (certification preferred)

2+ years of experience in Alteryx for data preparation and analytics required (certification preferred)

Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query & data modeling in Power BI

Experience with Snowflake and SQL related databases for data extraction and manipulation

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
