Insulation Supervisor

We are currently recruiting an Insulation Supervisor for a reference client in the Industry & Engineering sector, to be integrated into the on-site team in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise the installationand maintenance of hot and cold insulation;
• Plan, schedule, and allocateresources efficiently to meet project deadlines;
• Ensure materials areavailable, compliant with specifications, and delivered on time;
• Supervise subcontractors,ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project standards;
• Monitor quality ofworkmanship and conduct inspections against technical drawings andspecifications;
• Oversee insulation works onindustrial equipment, pipes, tanks, vessels, and ductwork;
• Implement and enforce safetyprocedures, ensuring compliance with regulations;
• Communicate effectively withthe Site Manager and stakeholders, reporting on progress and challenges.
