The Opportunity : We're seeking a detail-oriented Release Management Project Manager on a full-time basis to drive our monthly feature release process. You'll coordinate between product and engineering teams while managing feature configurations and documentation in a fast-paced enterprise SaaS environment.

  • Salary : $3,500 - $4,000 per month
  • Location : Remote
  • Schedule : Flexible 8 hours within 7AM-7PM Pacific Time
  • Experience : At least 3 years experience as a Release Management Project Manager

Requirements

Your Goal : Ensure smooth monthly feature releases by coordinating with product managers and engineers, verifying feature configurations in feature flag systems, and ensuring comprehensive documentation. You'll help reduce the overhead of our release process while maintaining quality and consistency.

You're a Feature Flag Expert

  • You're experienced with feature flag tools like LaunchDarkly or similar platforms
  • You're skilled at verifying proper configuration of feature flags
  • You're knowledgeable about feature flag implementation best practices
  • You're adept at managing the transition from hidden to visible features

    • You're a Release Coordinator

  • You're comfortable managing monthly release cycles in an enterprise SaaS environment
  • You're skilled at coordinating between weekly deployments and monthly releases
  • You're experienced with overseeing the entire release process
  • You're adept at maintaining clear release schedules and dependencies

    • You're a Documentation Champion

  • You're meticulous about ensuring product managers complete proper release notes
  • You're organized in maintaining wiki documentation in tools like CODA
  • You're thorough in verifying feature configurations are properly documented
  • You're clear and precise when communicating release information to stakeholders

    • You're a Process Improver

  • You're constantly looking for ways to streamline release management processes
  • You're skilled at identifying bottlenecks in existing workflows
  • You're innovative in implementing solutions that reduce manual overhead
