Director, Cybersecurity Transformation & Risk

Overview

RGP is seeking a Director-level or Senior Advisor to partner with the Chief Global Information Security Officer (CISO) at a leading global consumer goods company. This strategic consulting role is based in Mexico City and is ideal for a bilingual professional (Spanish & English) with deep expertise in cybersecurity, change management, and business strategy.

What you will work on

• Advise the Global CISO on cybersecurity strategy and transformation initiatives
• Lead change management efforts across global security programs
• Align cybersecurity goals with broader business objectives
• Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate emerging security risks
• Support cross-functional collaboration across IT, risk, and business teams
