Strong technical knowledge of IT Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with ITSM / ITIL applications (ServiceNow) Superior written and oral communication skills (Spanish / English) Strong technical documentation skills (Spanish / English)
Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Be a trusted IT partner and adviser to the business.-Using a predefined resolution framework, develop and apply IT knowledge skills to resolve and respond to customer issues and deliver solutions quickly and effectively.-Have basic functional knowledge and documentation of IT systems (Microsoft, LAN / WLAN, Account Management, Endpoints, Printing, Directory Management, Site Infrastructure, -Act as a resolution escalation point for peers and customers.-Create technical documentation around new and established processes and procedures.
