One of our companies is currently looking for a Virtual Staff Lawyer (Bilingual) in Mexico .

This is a full-time, remote opportunity for a bilingual law professional who is passionate about personal injury law and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll support key legal operations in the Intake and Pre-Litigation departments, interacting with clients, organizing legal documents, and ensuring cases are set up for success. Strong communication, attention to detail, and tech-savviness will be essential to excel in this role. Accountabilities :

  • Assist with legal intake processes, including file setup, claims opening, and client follow-up
  • Respond to emails, chats, and phone calls, delivering exceptional client service
  • Organize and upload contracts, letters, photos, and legal documentation to internal systems
  • Set up and update client projects using legal CRM tools like Filevine and Lead Docket
  • Collaborate with case managers and paralegals to support pre-litigation tasks
  • Accurately record updates, observations, and client interactions in internal systems
  • Prepare and submit End-of-Day reports to summarize completed tasks and case progress

Requirements

  • Law degree or currently studying law
  • 1+ year of experience in legal intake, personal injury law, or similar field
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Must have own PC / laptop with stable internet connection and noise-canceling headset
