We are looking for a Head of Sales Group
- Networking Solutions to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Mexico City, Mexico. You will work with leading network solutions in the world and master your B2B sales skills.
Teltonika's networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Lead, train, motivate, and manage your sales team representing Teltonika Telematics;Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base;Manage team performance and development;Provide training and counseling to ensure targets are met;Act as a playing coach in sales processes until the team is independent;Maintain internal systems and ensure accurate data entry;Ensure 100% sales plan realization;Contribute to market research and identify growth opportunities;Ensure order tracking and correction;Coordinate technical inquiries.What we expect of you :
At least 2 years of leadership experience in sales;Proven B2B sales achievements;Experience in building and motivating sales teams;Results-oriented with good communication and negotiation skills;Experience with internal systems;Ability to analyze information and make independent decisions;Good English skills (written and oral).What we offer :
