- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Research, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain and / or Clinical Trials environment
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts and techniques, with shown implementation experience
- PPI certification is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERPs, and other software used within the supply chain
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
