About the Role

As an Access Associate Director, you will lead the market access strategy to ensure the availability and sustainability of Knight’s portfolio within the Mexican healthcare system. This includes managing government affairs, analyzing the regulatory and political environment, and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders across public and private sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored access strategies for public and private channels, considering product lifecycle, barriers, opportunities, and stakeholder needs.
• Lead the Key Account Management team and define KPIs, control mechanisms, and execution excellence.
• Analyze legislation and regulatory proposals, assessing their impact on business.
• Create value proposition tools, pharmacoeconomic analyses, and innovative access models.
• Maintain and update influence maps and manage active accounts ethically and sustainably.
• Collaborate with commercial, medical, sales, and finance teams to identify and develop market access opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with corporate ethics, legal frameworks, and internal policies.
• Monitor healthcare system changes and market dynamics to inform brand planning.
• Support promotional message development and event planning with medical and marketing teams.
