We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive assistant with personal injury experience to join our team. This role supports the legal team in setting up new personal injury cases, ensuring timely and accurate communication, and maintaining up-to-date records within our legal software system.

Job Highlights

Hourly Rate : The equivalent of $4.3 USD per hour in the applicants local currency

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30AM - 5 : 00PM, with a 30-min Paid Break

Work Arrangement : Work from home

Contract : Independent Contractor

Side Note : Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

Assist with the onboarding and setup of new personal injury casesDraft and send out initial correspondence to clients, insurance companies, and medical providersInput and maintain case information in our legal software programOrganize and manage case documents and recordsCommunicate with clients and other stakeholders professionally and promptlySupport attorneys and case managers with administrative and case-related tasks as needed

Requirements

Experienced working with a U.S.-based personal injury companyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood written and verbal communication skillAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
