We’re Hiring! NPM Manager – Automotive Industry (Mexico & US Region)

Are you an experienced professional ready to take on a regional leadership role in a fast-paced automotive environment?

We are looking for a Non-Production Material (NPM) Manager with strong strategic and operational skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage categories including equipment, production line machinery and parts, logistics / packaging, PPE, quality sorting, and laboratory testing.

Handle services for HR, Legal, and other functions ensuring best price and quality.

Develop and manage competitive suppliers for both office and plant supply needs.

Respond quickly, take timely actions, and continuously improve supply chain processes.

Establish solid supplier strategies and drive implementation.

Promote a strong cost-saving mindset and lead saving initiatives effectively.

Oversee regional NPM operations for Mexico and the US .

Requirements :

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the automotive industry .

✅ Proven track record in supplier development, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

✅ Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
