Job Description

Leads Production and Infrastructure Management

• Lead and manage the Production & Infrastructure ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Drive projects related to manufacturing infrastructure, capacity management, and equipment validation.
• Optimize plant layout, processes, and resources to achieve productivity and cost‑efficiency targets.
• Ensure alignment with engineering standards and customer‑specific requirements.
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop, coach, and lead high‑performing teams across production and infrastructure functions.
