  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the mining industry.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Analyze market trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to address client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns to ensure retention.
  • Generate regular reports on account performance and sales metrics.

Perfil del candidato

A successful Key Account Manager should have :

  • A degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management within the mining industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ecelletn Customer Care
  • A results-driven approach and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
