What You’ll Do
As the Corporate Counsel, you will proactively assist with the assessment and management the legal affairs of Dyno Nobel Mexico, with a primary focus on labor and employment and governance matters. The role will assist with all legal matters across Dyno Nobel Mexico, with assistance on South American matters as well. Provide strong leadership and counsel these parts of the business. Other duties will include :
Ensure compliance with applicable IPL Standards, together with legal and regulatory requirements.
Assist with management of regulatory claims and proceedings, and internal and external investigations, with efficient use of internal resources and external counsel.
Participate as a member of the Mexican Leadership Team in providing governance and direction to the Dyno Nobel Mexico business.
Provide training to Dyno Nobel Mexico employees regarding IPL’s governance standards, policies, and programs. Working with finance, assure compliance with the standards, policies, and programs.
Respond professionally and timely to address legal and commercial issues and business requests.
