Position Overview

The SAP Mexico Next Gen program is a global, paid graduate program that provides recent university graduates with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and deployment of AI / ML models, with exposure to LLMs (e.g., GPT, Transformer models).
• Implement solutions leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance contextual response generation.
• Support fine‑tuning of pre‑trained models for domain‑specific applications.
• Gain hands‑on experience using Python and ML frameworks (e.g., Pandas AI, CausalAI, Graph) for prototyping and experimentation.
• Participate in end‑to‑end ML project activities – from requirement gathering to testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions under supervision.
• Support optimization, scalability, and reliability improvements for ML models in production environments.
• Assist in testing, monitoring, and debugging models and code.
• Gain exposure to containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable infrastructure management.
• Learn about open telemetry tools and observability practices for deployed AI solutions.
• Participate in automation and deployment initiatives leveraging CI / CD pipelines and MLOps practices.
