HR Process Analyst (On-site)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Process Analyst to join our team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in analyzing, mapping, and documenting processes across the organization, with a strong focus on the financial sector. This is an on-site position.
Requirements
EDUCATION : Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.EXPERIENCE (3 Years) : 3 years of experience in the analysis, mapping, and documentation of processes across all company areas : manuals, policies, procedures, forms, flowcharts.Previous experience in the financial sector (Banking Institutions, Automotive Credit, Automotive Agencies) is mandatory.Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes, as the role will provide support to the HR team when necessary.
PROCESS MODELING TOOLS : Proficiency in process modeling tools like Visio or similar.OFFICE SKILLS : Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).QUALITY STANDARDS : Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards.LANGUAGE : Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English.
