OP is currently seeking a well-experienced Yardi ERP Support Desk Agent, who will be responsible for triaging and resolving issues or questions from internal employees related to the Yardi ERP system. The ideal candidate will have experience in U.S. operations and a strong understanding of Yardi software to effectively assist users and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal employees seeking assistance with Yardi ERP-related issues and inquiries.
- Triaged, logged, and categorized issues promptly to ensure efficient resolution and communication.
- Provided technical assistance and support related to Yardi ERP functionalities, including lease administration, property management, accounting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with other IT and finance team members to escalate and resolve complex issues as necessary.
- Create and maintain documentation for common issues and solutions, enhancing user understanding and self-service options.
- Conduct training sessions or workshops for internal employees on Yardi system functionalities and best practices.
- Monitor and track support tickets to ensure timely responses and resolution of user inquiries.
- Generate and analyze reports on support trends and user feedback to identify areas for improvement in Yardi system usage.
- Stay current on Yardi updates and features to provide informed support and guidance to users.
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance the support experience.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role, with a strong focus on ERP systems, particularly Yardi.Demonstrated experience in U.S. operations, understanding the specific needs and challenges faced by U.S.-based businesses.Strong knowledge of Yardi ERP, including its modules and functionalities related to property management and accounting.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues effectively.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal staff across various departments.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in a real estate or property management company is a plus.Previous training or teaching experience related to software or processes is advantageous.Certification or training related to Yardi software is a plus.Additional Responsibilities :
Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki / Knowledge Base.Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.About us :
